With only a few months to go till summer, I thought I would share an easy tropical smoothie recipe that will make you wish you were laying on the beach! There are many ways you could make this smoothie so feel free to add/change any items I use.
- Frozen Pineapple
- Frozen Mangos
- Spinach (if you want)
- Almond milk (or any milk/juice)
You will need a blender as well. I used my Ninja blender, but any will do.
First, add the bananas, pineapple and almond milk into the blender. If it seems full, blend the current ingredients. Once blended, add spinach, mangos, a little more almond milk, and any other ingredients you would like. Blend again and you should have a healthy, delicious treat!
