Lately I have been feeling so unmotivated to work out. Since it's summer, I've been staying up later than I usually did while in school, and that makes it harder to get up in the mornings. One thing I do love to do is plan though. I love using planners! So I had this idea, what if I got a fitness planner? I thought it might make me more motivated to work out. Me and My Big Ideas sells these awesome fitness planners, so I decided to give it a try.
The planner is so cute! The package I got came with the planner, some stickers, and a little page holder. Each day you have to write the date, but then you can fill out what you eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner along with two snacks. There is a spot to add your calories too, but I don't really worry about those. On the bottom, there is a spot to write your workout for the day, as well as my favorite part, your water totals for the day. I love drinking water just to fill in the little bubbles! Each one counts for 8oz of water; 64oz is the recommended amount daily.
